NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR MINOR VARIANCE
Clause 53(5) (a) of the Planning Act
The Township of Lake of the Woods has received the following applications for minor variance, in respect of the lands described as follows: Application No 46A2501 and 46B2502 by David & Justin Brown to reduce the set backs from the high water mark in order to facilitate construction of two cabins. The public meeting will be held at 7pm December 4th 2025, in Bergland Council Chambers 7705B Hwy 600 Bergland ON to consider the application.
The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the nature of the application, invite public input, and advise how to make comments on the application and to advise the public of future notification and appeal rights.

Need To Make Submissions If a person or public body that files an appeal of the decision of the Township of Lake of the Woods Council, in respect of the proposed consent application does not make written submissions to the Township of Lake of the Woods Council before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent approval, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
