Notes:

 

1.                  It is required that Eight (8) copies of this application be filed with the secretary-treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment (Clerk-Treasurer), together with the plan referred to in Note 2, accompanied by a fee of $150.00 In cash or by cheque made payable to the Treasurer of the Township of Lake of the Woods.

 

2.                  Each copy of this application must be accompanied by a plan showing the dimensions of the subject land and of all abutting land and showing the location, size and type of all buildings and structures on the subject and abutting land.  The Committee of Adjustment (Council) may require that the plan be signed by an Ontario Land Surveyor.

 

3.                  As the Applicant, you are responsible for ensuring that this application includes a request for all of the necessary variances in order to obtain compliance with the Township of Lake of the Woods Zoning By-Laws. Your failure to do so in this application may require you to re-apply with a second application and payment of another application fee.
