Fire Department
The Township of Lake of the Woods has two fire stations one located in Bergland and one located in Morson. The stations work together to serve Lake of the Woods Township. The fire department is looking for more volunteers.
Level of Service
The Lake of the Woods Fire Department is only able to offer exterior fire fighting services at this time. The Department does not do interior rescues or water rescues.

Emergency Management Plan
The municipality has recently updated its emergency plan. Public may view the
plan in the municipal office during normal office hours. Emergency management
pamphlets are also available.
